Terms of Service

The service, accounts, and payment

What Saluki is. An app that builds a shareable trip itinerary from the booking confirmation emails you forward to it, plus manual planning tools.

Accounts. You agree to give accurate information when you sign up, to keep your login secure, and that you're responsible for activity under your account.

Payment. Sharing is free while Saluki is in beta. If we start charging for it, we'll show the price before you pay, and trips you've already shared stay free. Any payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Guest and collaborator links. You choose when to turn sharing on and who to send a link to. Anyone who has the link can see what you've shared. Think about what you put into a trip you plan to share, since Saluki can't control who a link gets passed to after you send it.

Content, liability, and legal terms

Content ownership. You own the trip details, notes, and other content you put into Saluki. You grant Saluki the license needed to store it, process it (including sending it to Anthropic for parsing and generating other content), and display it back to you and anyone you choose to share it with.

Disclaimer. Saluki is provided as is. We don't guarantee the accuracy of AI-extracted booking details, prices, or any third-party information shown in the app, such as restaurant details, directions, or weather. Always check your actual booking confirmations and reservations directly with the airline, hotel, or vendor.

Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, Saluki and Lhasa LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

Termination. We can suspend or end accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using Saluki and delete your account at any time from your dashboard; our Privacy Policy explains what deletion removes.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Saluki after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
